VitalStaff Care Inc., operating as VitalStaff Care ("we", "us"), provides personal support care services to families across the Greater Toronto Area, with facility care services launching once our Ontario temporary help agency licence is issued. We take the privacy of the people we serve, families, facility partners, and care professionals, seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, what you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- PSW applications: information you submit through our application form, such as your contact details, certifications, and work preferences.
- Email and phone: information you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (see "Analytics and cookies" below). We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics for marketing or ad targeting.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange care services or employment conversations.
- To match caregivers with clients, including language and cultural preferences you share with us.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations as a care services provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Health-related information
Arranging care sometimes involves sensitive details about a person's health or daily needs. Please do not send medical records, health card numbers, SINs, or detailed diagnoses through our web forms; we will gather any details needed for care planning by phone or in person. We collect only what is needed to plan safe, appropriate care, share it only with the caregivers and coordinators directly involved, and handle it in line with Ontario health-privacy expectations.
In short: we collect what you give us, we use it to arrange care or employment, and we don't sell it or use it to advertise to you.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are read most and how people find us. It uses first-party cookies (such as _ga) and a pseudonymous identifier; it collects pages visited, approximate location (city level), and device and browser information. It does not collect your name, email address, or anything you type into our forms, and Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses. We have not enabled advertising features, Google Signals, or ads personalization.
Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works fully without them.
Service providers we rely on
Our website forms are processed by Formspree (contact form) and Google Forms (PSW applications), and we use professional email hosting. These providers store data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Formspree stores form submissions on servers in the United States, and Google may process information outside Canada, which means it can be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including being accessible to United States courts and law enforcement under US law. We remain accountable under Canadian privacy law for personal information handled by our service providers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to serve you, meet legal requirements, or consider you for future opportunities, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to (subject to any records we are legally required to keep).
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@vitalstaff.ca or call (437) 422-6855 and we'll act on your request promptly.
